Getting started

Your agreements

Your publishing administration agreement: the share you receive, the territories and rights it covers, and when it started.

You keep ownership of your songs. The agreement lets us register and administer them, and collect your share exclusively within its rights and territories.

Download the signed PDF or read the terms at any time.

If we offer to renew your agreement or propose a change, it appears here with your current terms and the new ones side by side. Read it, then sign or decline.

Good to know

  • Nothing changes unless you sign, and nothing is backdated. A renewed term starts the day your current term ends, so there is no gap.
  • You can withdraw a change you signed until the day it starts. After that it's part of your agreement.
  • Earlier versions stay in your history. Royalties are paid on the terms that were in force on the day we received them.
  • Ending early is agreed with us. Tell us why and when, and nothing changes until we agree an end date.
  • After the end, we keep collecting royalties earned during the agreement for the collection period your agreement sets out, and pay you your share.
