Your Wallet holds the royalties allocated to you that haven't been paid out yet. Available to withdraw is that balance minus any payout already in progress.
To withdraw, add your payout details, turn on two-step sign-in, and verify your identity if we ask. Then request a payout of at least the minimum.
Our finance team reviews each request. A payout shows as paid only once our payment provider confirms the money was sent.
Now and then we check a payout more closely before it's sent, to keep your money safe. If we do, your Wallet says so and we'll be in touch.
Good to know
- A balance under the minimum isn't lost. It rolls over until you reach it.
- If you have an advance, it's repaid from a share of your royalties before they become available.
- Payments we've made to you outside the platform are recorded too, so your balance can dip below zero until new royalties cover it.
- Your payout details are encrypted, and we email you whenever they change.
